- 1 tablespoon (15ml) sesame oil
Instructions:
- Cut chicken thighs into even-sized pieces (about 1-inch chunks).
- In a bowl or directly in the skillet, combine the chicken with the orange marmalade barbecue sauce. Ensure the chicken is well-coated.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken mixture to the hot skillet in a single layer (work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding).
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F/74°C) and the sauce has thickened into a glossy glaze. This takes approximately 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
