- 1/2 cup (120 ml) Vegetable Oil
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Vanilla Extract (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat (if using).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract (if using).
- Mix until just combined. Do not overmix! The dough will be thick and slightly sticky.
- Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie.
