Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Soy Sauce (low sodium preferred)
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Sesame Oil (toasted)
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Rice Vinegar (unseasoned)
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) Sriracha (or other chili sauce, adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) Grated Ginger (fresh)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) Sesame Seeds (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey (or maple syrup), sriracha, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
  2. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasonings as needed. Add more sriracha for extra heat or more honey for extra sweetness.
  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional) and drizzle generously over your poke bowl ingredients.
