- 1/4 cup (60ml) Soy Sauce (low sodium preferred)
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Sesame Oil (toasted)
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Rice Vinegar (unseasoned)
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Sriracha (or other chili sauce, adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Grated Ginger (fresh)
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) Garlic (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey (or maple syrup), sriracha, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
- Taste the sauce and adjust the seasonings as needed. Add more sriracha for extra heat or more honey for extra sweetness.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional) and drizzle generously over your poke bowl ingredients.
