Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced (or about 2 tablespoons)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large French baguette
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Cut the baguette in half lengthwise, then slice each half into smaller sections if desired.
- Use a butter knife to generously spread the garlic butter mixture over the cut sides of the baguette.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar evenly on top of the buttered sides, followed by the grated Parmesan.
- Place the prepared bread on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and bread is golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, then slice and serve warm.
