Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced (or about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large French baguette

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise, then slice each half into smaller sections if desired.
  4. Use a butter knife to generously spread the garlic butter mixture over the cut sides of the baguette.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar evenly on top of the buttered sides, followed by the grated Parmesan.
  6. Place the prepared bread on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and bread is golden.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, then slice and serve warm.
