Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh or frozen lingonberries (240g)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (100g)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (8g)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15ml)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5ml)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (120g)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (50g)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed (100g)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (2g)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (1g)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (113g)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine lingonberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Gently toss the mixture until berries are well coated.
- Pour the berry mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt.
- Add melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the berry filling.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
