  • 2-4 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for glaze)

  2. In a separate large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add melted butter and eggs to the yeast mixture; combine.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
  5. Turn the dough onto a floured surface; knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  6. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

  8. Roll the dough into a large rectangle (about 1/4 inch thick).
  9. Spread the cinnamon filling evenly over the dough.
  10. Roll the dough tightly from the long end; slice into 12 equal pieces.

  12. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  13. Bake the buns for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  14. In a bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over warm buns before serving.
