- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (1 g)
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (1 g)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano (1 g)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, and oregano.
- Brush the herb mixture generously over each chicken breast, ensuring an even coating.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
