Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs or 680 g)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (1 g)
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (1 g)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano (1 g)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, and oregano.
  4. Brush the herb mixture generously over each chicken breast, ensuring an even coating.
  5. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
