Ingredients:

  • 6 large fresh peaches, sliced into wedges (approx. 3 lbs)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Peel the peaches (optional) and slice them into uniform 1/2-inch wedges. Toss the slices gently with lemon juice in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Pour this mixture over the peach slices and fold gently with a spatula until every wedge is coated.
  3. Arrange the slices in a single layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes until the juices bubble and the peaches are golden-brown.
