Ingredients:
- 6 large fresh peaches, sliced into wedges (approx. 3 lbs)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Peel the peaches (optional) and slice them into uniform 1/2-inch wedges. Toss the slices gently with lemon juice in a large bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Pour this mixture over the peach slices and fold gently with a spatula until every wedge is coated.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes until the juices bubble and the peaches are golden-brown.
