Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (120ml) Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) English Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) Smoked Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon (1.25ml) Onion Powder
  • Pinch of Cayenne Pepper (optional)
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise and English mustard.
  2. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and sweet pickle relish.
  3. Add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  4. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
  5. Whisk all ingredients together until well combined and smooth.
  6. For best flavour, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld (optional).
  7. Serve immediately on your favourite burger, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
