Ingredients:
- ½ cup (120ml) Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) English Mustard
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Sweet Pickle Relish
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Smoked Paprika
- ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoon (1.25ml) Onion Powder
- Pinch of Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise and English mustard.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and sweet pickle relish.
- Add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Season with freshly ground black pepper.
- Whisk all ingredients together until well combined and smooth.
- For best flavour, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld (optional).
- Serve immediately on your favourite burger, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
