Ingredients:
- ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup (120ml) Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) white vinegar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Pinch of salt (to taste)
- Pinch of black pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat. Whisk in Frank's RedHot sauce, white vinegar, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- For a richer flavour, simmer the sauce over low heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Sauce should be smooth and slightly thickened.
- Taste the sauce and adjust seasonings as needed. Add more cayenne pepper for extra heat, or a touch of sugar for a sweeter flavour.
- Pour over cooked wings and toss to coat. Use immediately.
