Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup (120ml) Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Pinch of salt (to taste)
  • Pinch of black pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Whisk in Frank's RedHot sauce, white vinegar, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. For a richer flavour, simmer the sauce over low heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Sauce should be smooth and slightly thickened.
  4. Taste the sauce and adjust seasonings as needed. Add more cayenne pepper for extra heat, or a touch of sugar for a sweeter flavour.
  5. Pour over cooked wings and toss to coat. Use immediately.
