Ingredients:

  • 1 lb store-bought Pizza Dough
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted Butter, melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup shredded White Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil (for stretching)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lightly greasing with olive oil or lining with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the garlic butter infusion: Melt the 6 tablespoons of butter in a small saucepan. Add the minced garlic and gently simmer for 30 seconds to extract maximum fat-soluble flavor. Set aside.
  3. Stretch the 1 lb pizza dough to fit the prepared baking sheet. Spread the infused garlic butter evenly over the surface of the dough, ensuring the edges are coated.
  4. Combine the Mozzarella and White Cheddar cheeses. Sprinkle the mixture generously and evenly over the garlic butter base.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted, bubbling, and beginning to brown slightly at the edges.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool for two minutes, and cut into strips or 'fingers.' Serve immediately, optionally alongside Donair Sauce.
