Ingredients:
- 1 lb store-bought Pizza Dough
- 6 tablespoons unsalted Butter, melted
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup shredded White Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil (for stretching)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lightly greasing with olive oil or lining with parchment paper.
- Prepare the garlic butter infusion: Melt the 6 tablespoons of butter in a small saucepan. Add the minced garlic and gently simmer for 30 seconds to extract maximum fat-soluble flavor. Set aside.
- Stretch the 1 lb pizza dough to fit the prepared baking sheet. Spread the infused garlic butter evenly over the surface of the dough, ensuring the edges are coated.
- Combine the Mozzarella and White Cheddar cheeses. Sprinkle the mixture generously and evenly over the garlic butter base.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted, bubbling, and beginning to brown slightly at the edges.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for two minutes, and cut into strips or 'fingers.' Serve immediately, optionally alongside Donair Sauce.
