Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cooked spaghetti (about 300g, preferably day-old)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (100g)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups marinara sauce (about 500g)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (200g)
  • ½ cup sliced black olives (75g) (optional)
  • ½ cup chopped cooked meat (optional)
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, eggs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Press the spaghetti mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the pie dish to form a crust.
  5. Place the crust in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
  6. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the crust.
  7. Layer shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  8. Scatter olives and cooked meat on top (if using).
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  11. Garnish with fresh basil, serve, and enjoy!
