Ingredients:
- 4 cups cooked spaghetti (about 300g, preferably day-old)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (100g)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce (about 500g)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (200g)
- ½ cup sliced black olives (75g) (optional)
- ½ cup chopped cooked meat (optional)
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, eggs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Press the spaghetti mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the pie dish to form a crust.
- Place the crust in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the crust.
- Layer shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Scatter olives and cooked meat on top (if using).
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh basil, serve, and enjoy!
