  • 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 21 oz cherry pie filling, chilled
  • 0.5 tsp lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, grate the cold cream cheese using a box grater. Beat the grated cream cheese and marshmallow fluff using an electric hand mixer on medium-high speed until the mixture is completely smooth, glossy, and free of lumps.
  2. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold in the thawed whipped topping, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Use a 'cut and fold' motion to maintain the aeration and ensure the dip remains fluffy.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture into a shallow serving dish. Spoon the chilled cherry pie filling over the center of the dip. Serve immediately with graham crackers.
