Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) aloe vera gel, pure (freshly extracted or store-bought)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (150 g) mixed fresh fruits (e.g., diced mango, strawberries, and kiwi)
  • 1/2 cup (75 g) blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lime juice
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine aloe vera gel, honey or agave syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk together until fully blended.
  2. Dice the mixed fresh fruits into bite-sized pieces. In a separate bowl, gently toss together all the freshly cut fruits and drizzle with lime juice.
  3. In serving glasses or bowls, layer the aloe vera mixture and fresh fruits. Repeat layering until ingredients are used up.
  4. Place assembled glasses or bowls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
