Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup (30g) instant coffee granules
- 4 cups (950ml) cold water
- 1-2 tablespoons (15-30ml) sweetener of choice (sugar, honey, or simple syrup)
- Ice cubes
- Milk, cream, or a dairy-free alternative (optional, to taste)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl or pitcher, combine the instant coffee granules and cold water.
- Whisk or stir the mixture until the coffee granules are fully dissolved.
- Add your sweetener (if using), mixing until blended.
- Place your mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill, allowing flavors to meld.
- After chilling, strain the coffee through a fine mesh strainer or coffee filter into another pitcher or serving container to remove any remaining granules.
- Fill glasses with ice, pour the cold brew over the ice, and add milk or cream if desired.
