  • 1 cup (240ml) milk
  • 2 tablespoons (30g) Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon (8g) chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons (10g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon (15g) chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats, cocoa powder, and chia seeds. Give it a good stir.
  2. Pour in the milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Whisk or stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and the cocoa powder is fully dissolved.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  5. Cover the jar or bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
  6. Before serving, give the mixture a good stir. If it's too thick, add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.
  7. Top with your favorite fresh fruit, nuts, or a drizzle of syrup for an extra touch of deliciousness.
