- 1 tablespoon (15ml) maple syrup

- 2 tablespoons (10g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon (15g) chocolate chips
Instructions:
- In a jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats, cocoa powder, and chia seeds. Give it a good stir.
- Pour in the milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Whisk or stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and the cocoa powder is fully dissolved.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Cover the jar or bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
- Before serving, give the mixture a good stir. If it's too thick, add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.
- Top with your favorite fresh fruit, nuts, or a drizzle of syrup for an extra touch of deliciousness.
