  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Handful of fresh cilantro or basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Ensure fish is properly cleaned and thinly sliced.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, and lime zest. Whisk well to combine.
