Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (475 ml) of strong brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 ounces (60 ml) of cognac
  • Whipped cream (optional, for serving)
  • Cocoa powder or cinnamon (for dusting, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Brew 2 cups of strong coffee using your preferred method.
  2. In a large mug or heatproof glass, combine the brewed coffee, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Add the cognac to the coffee mixture.
  4. Top with whipped cream, if desired, and sprinkle with cocoa powder or cinnamon for an extra kick.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
