Ingredients:
- 1 cup coarsely ground coffee (100g)
- 4 cups cold filtered water (950ml)
- 1 cup cold brew concentrate (from cold brew)
- 1 cup cold filtered water (250ml)
- Nitrogen gas canister
Instructions:
- Combine coarsely ground coffee and cold water in a jar.
- Stir gently to ensure all coffee grounds are saturated.
- Cover and let steep in the fridge for 12-24 hours.
- After steeping, strain the coffee through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a clean container.
- Discard the grounds.
- In a whisked cream dispenser, combine 1 cup of cold brew concentrate with 1 cup of cold filtered water.
- Seal the dispenser, and charge it with nitrogen gas as per the manufacturer's instructions.
- Shake for about 30 seconds.
- Pour the cold brew over ice or serve nitro coffee straight from the dispenser into your glass.
