Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coarsely ground coffee (100g)
  • 4 cups cold filtered water (950ml)
  • 1 cup cold brew concentrate (from cold brew)
  • 1 cup cold filtered water (250ml)
  • Nitrogen gas canister

Instructions:

  1. Combine coarsely ground coffee and cold water in a jar.
  2. Stir gently to ensure all coffee grounds are saturated.
  3. Cover and let steep in the fridge for 12-24 hours.
  4. After steeping, strain the coffee through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a clean container.
  5. Discard the grounds.
  6. In a whisked cream dispenser, combine 1 cup of cold brew concentrate with 1 cup of cold filtered water.
  7. Seal the dispenser, and charge it with nitrogen gas as per the manufacturer's instructions.
  8. Shake for about 30 seconds.
  9. Pour the cold brew over ice or serve nitro coffee straight from the dispenser into your glass.
