Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (preferably 80/20 fat content)
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) onion powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup (60 g) mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons (30 g) yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) ketchup
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) white vinegar
- 4 large flour tortillas (10 inches/25 cm diameter)
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded lettuce
- 1 cup (100 g) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup (100 g) sliced pickles
- 1 cup (120 g) shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, relish, and vinegar. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
- Heat the skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Season with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until browned and cooked through, approximately 8–10 minutes.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a layer of special sauce in the center of the tortilla.
- Add a portion of the beef filling, followed by lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll from the bottom to the top.
- Slice the wraps diagonally and serve on a platter with extra sauce on the side, if desired.
