Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (preferably 80/20 fat content)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup (60 g) mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) white vinegar
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10 inches/25 cm diameter)
  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup (100 g) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup (100 g) sliced pickles
  • 1 cup (120 g) shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, relish, and vinegar. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
  2. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook until browned and cooked through, approximately 8–10 minutes.
  6. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  7. Spread a layer of special sauce in the center of the tortilla.
  8. Add a portion of the beef filling, followed by lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and cheese.
  9. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll from the bottom to the top.
  10. Slice the wraps diagonally and serve on a platter with extra sauce on the side, if desired.
