  • 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed completely

Instructions:

  1. Using a medium speed, beat the softened cream cheese until it is completely smooth and devoid of lumps.
  2. Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat on high for 2 minutes until the mixture looks pale and velvety.
  3. Switch to the lowest mixer setting or use a rubber spatula. Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until no white streaks remain, being careful not to over-mix to preserve aeration.
  4. Give the frosting one final, slow stir with the spatula to ensure a uniform consistency and soft peaks.
