Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (113g) Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) White Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons (10ml) Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) Dried Dill Weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) Paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon (0.625ml) Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, white vinegar, and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Add the dried dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper to the saucepan.
  3. Place the saucepan over low heat. Whisk constantly until warmed through. Avoid boiling.
  4. Remove from heat. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust spices as needed.
  5. Allow the breakfast sauce mcdonalds copycat to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
