Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (113g) Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Yellow Mustard
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) White Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons (10ml) Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Dried Dill Weed
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) Paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon (0.625ml) Cayenne Pepper
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, combine the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, white vinegar, and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the dried dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper to the saucepan.
- Place the saucepan over low heat. Whisk constantly until warmed through. Avoid boiling.
- Remove from heat. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust spices as needed.
- Allow the breakfast sauce mcdonalds copycat to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
