Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chilled sparkling water
  • 6 fresh cranberries
  • 1 thin orange slice
  • 1 fresh rosemary sprig

Instructions:

  1. Fill a highball glass or champagne flute to the brim with fresh ice and add 4-5 fresh cranberries.
  2. Pour in the cranberry juice, orange juice, and simple syrup. Stir the mixture for about 10 seconds to ensure the liquids are fully integrated.
  3. Slowly pour the chilled sparkling water over the top. Using a gentle lift and fold motion with a spoon, stir once to incorporate the bubbles.
  4. Garnish the drink by slipping the orange slice and the rosemary sprig into the side of the glass.
