Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
- 1/4 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice
- 1 tbsp simple syrup
- 1/4 cup chilled sparkling water
- 6 fresh cranberries
- 1 thin orange slice
- 1 fresh rosemary sprig
Instructions:
- Fill a highball glass or champagne flute to the brim with fresh ice and add 4-5 fresh cranberries.
- Pour in the cranberry juice, orange juice, and simple syrup. Stir the mixture for about 10 seconds to ensure the liquids are fully integrated.
- Slowly pour the chilled sparkling water over the top. Using a gentle lift and fold motion with a spoon, stir once to incorporate the bubbles.
- Garnish the drink by slipping the orange slice and the rosemary sprig into the side of the glass.
