Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (480 ml) cold milk
  • 2 cups (480 ml) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles (optional)
  • Fresh fruit slices (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until fully blended and slightly thickened (about 2 minutes).
  2. Gently fold the thawed Cool Whip into the pudding mixture using a spatula until well combined and light.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract for added flavor, if desired.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow it to set and firm up.
