- 2 cups (480 ml) cold milk
- 2 cups (480 ml) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract (optional)
- Chocolate shavings or sprinkles (optional)
- Fresh fruit slices (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until fully blended and slightly thickened (about 2 minutes).
- Gently fold the thawed Cool Whip into the pudding mixture using a spatula until well combined and light.
- Stir in the vanilla extract for added flavor, if desired.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow it to set and firm up.
- Once chilled, use the frosting to spread evenly over cakes, cupcakes, or other desserts. Garnish as desired.
