Instructions:
- Measure and gather all ingredients precisely. If using fresh peaches, ensure they are pre-frozen for at least 6 hours to achieve the necessary thickness.
- Load Liquids: Pour the milk, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract into the blender jar first. If using optional lemon juice, add it now.
- Add Solids: Add the frozen peach slices and any dry boosters (like protein powder or ground ginger) on top of the liquid mixture.
- Initiate Blend: Secure the lid. Start the blender on a low setting for 10 seconds to begin crushing the fruit, then quickly ramp up to high speed.
- Maintain Consistency: Blend for 60–90 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform. Use a tamper or pause and scrape down the sides if necessary. If the mixture refuses to blend, add liquid one tablespoon at a time until it moves freely.
