Ingredients:

  • 5 cups Frozen Sliced Peaches
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (full-fat recommended)
  • 1/4 cup Milk (Dairy or Non-Dairy)
  • 1 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch Ground Ginger (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Measure and gather all ingredients precisely. If using fresh peaches, ensure they are pre-frozen for at least 6 hours to achieve the necessary thickness.
  2. Load Liquids: Pour the milk, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract into the blender jar first. If using optional lemon juice, add it now.
  3. Add Solids: Add the frozen peach slices and any dry boosters (like protein powder or ground ginger) on top of the liquid mixture.
  4. Initiate Blend: Secure the lid. Start the blender on a low setting for 10 seconds to begin crushing the fruit, then quickly ramp up to high speed.
  5. Maintain Consistency: Blend for 60–90 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform. Use a tamper or pause and scrape down the sides if necessary. If the mixture refuses to blend, add liquid one tablespoon at a time until it moves freely.
  6. Serve: Pour the smoothie immediately into a chilled glass. Garnish with a fresh peach slice, mint leaves, or toasted oats, and serve immediately while thick and cold.
