Ingredients:

  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix (99 g)
  • 2 cups cold milk (480 ml)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (240 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (25 g)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5 ml)
  • 12 Oreo cookies, crushed (about 100 g)
  • Additional Oreo cookies, for topping

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. In another bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold 1 cup of whipped cream into the prepared pudding until well combined.
  4. Layer half of the crushed Oreo cookies at the bottom of the dish. Spoon half of the pudding mixture over the cookies, followed by half of the remaining whipped cream. Repeat with the remaining cookies, pudding, and whipped cream.
  5. Cover the trifle and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. Crush additional Oreos and sprinkle on top before serving.
