- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 quart vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Cut cooled brownies into 1-inch (2.5cm) cubes. Place them on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for at least 2 hours to ensure a molten core.

- Stir in the egg, milk, and melted butter until the batter is smooth and thick.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or Dutch oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Working in small batches, dip each frozen brownie cube into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Carefully submerge the battered brownies in the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Remove with a slotted spoon, drain on a wire cooling rack with paper towels, and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
