- 1 cup grapes (red or green)
- 1 cup assorted chocolates (dark, milk, and white)
- 1 cup assorted cookies (e.g., biscotti, macarons, chocolate chip)
- 1 cup mini doughnuts (about 6 mini doughnuts)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz mascarpone cheese
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into wedges
- ½ cup Nutella or chocolate hazelnut spread
- ½ cup raspberry or strawberry jam
- ½ cup honey or agave syrup
- ½ cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
- ¼ cup edible flowers (for decoration, optional)
Instructions:
- Wash all berries and grapes under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean paper towel.
- Slice the kiwi and set aside.
- If needed, place cheese in the refrigerator for a few minutes to firm up, making it easier to slice.
- Choose a large wooden board
- Start by placing the cheese on the board. Use small spoons for the cream cheese and mascarpone.
- Arrange the brie wedges next to the other cheeses.
- Create sections for the assorted chocolates, cookies, and mini doughnuts.
- Use small bowls for Nutella and jam, placing them in the corners of the board.
- Fill in gaps with your prepared fruits, arranging them in clusters.
- Sprinkle mixed nuts around the fruit and sweets to add crunch.
- Drizzle honey or agave syrup over the cheese or in a small bowl for easy access.
- Optionally, scatter edible flowers throughout the board for a beautiful touch.
- Use small forks, toothpicks, or cheese knives for serving. Provide plates for guests.
