Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cold whole milk
  • 3.9 oz instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 0.5 tsp instant espresso powder
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Place cookies in a Ziploc bag and crush into coarse crumbs. In a small bowl, combine crumbs with melted butter and sea salt until they resemble wet sand.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together cold milk, instant pudding mix, and espresso powder for 2 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes to fully set.
  3. In a separate chilled bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until soft peaks form.
  4. Assemble the parfaits by layering 2 tablespoons of cookie crumbs at the bottom of each glass, followed by a layer of chocolate cream and a layer of whipped cream. Repeat layers until the glass is full.
  5. Top with a final sprinkle of cookie crumbs and serve immediately or refrigerate.
