Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60 ml) Premium Vodka
- 1.5 oz (45 ml) Lychee juice or syrup reserved from canned lychees
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Lychee liqueur
- 0.25 oz (7.5 ml) Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 or 2 Whole canned lychees
- Handful of ice cubes
Instructions:
- Place your martini glass in the freezer for 5 minutes or fill it with ice and water to ensure it is ice cold.
- Skewer one or two whole lychees onto a cocktail pick and set aside for the final garnish.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, lychee syrup, lychee liqueur, and fresh lime juice.
- Fill the shaker with plenty of ice, seal the lid, and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the outside is frosty.
- Discard the ice from the chilled glass and double strain the mixture through a Hawthorne strainer and a fine-mesh strainer into the glass.
- Drop the prepared lychee skewer into the glass and serve immediately.
