Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Premium Vodka
  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Lychee juice or syrup reserved from canned lychees
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) Lychee liqueur
  • 0.25 oz (7.5 ml) Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 or 2 Whole canned lychees
  • Handful of ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Place your martini glass in the freezer for 5 minutes or fill it with ice and water to ensure it is ice cold.
  2. Skewer one or two whole lychees onto a cocktail pick and set aside for the final garnish.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, lychee syrup, lychee liqueur, and fresh lime juice.
  4. Fill the shaker with plenty of ice, seal the lid, and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the outside is frosty.
  5. Discard the ice from the chilled glass and double strain the mixture through a Hawthorne strainer and a fine-mesh strainer into the glass.
  6. Drop the prepared lychee skewer into the glass and serve immediately.
