Ingredients:
- 2 oz premium vodka
- 1.5 oz lychee juice or heavy syrup from can
- 0.5 oz lychee liqueur
- 0.25 oz dry vermouth
- 0.25 tsp fresh lime juice
- 2 whole canned lychee fruits
Instructions:
- Place your martini glass in the freezer or fill it with ice and water to chill while you prepare the drink.
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with large, solid ice cubes. Pour in the vodka, lychee syrup, lychee liqueur, vermouth, and lime juice.
- Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds until the shaker feels painfully cold to the touch.
- Discard the ice from your glass. Double-strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into the chilled glass to remove tiny ice fragments.
- Skewer one or two lychees onto a cocktail pick. Drop it into the glass or balance it across the rim and serve immediately.
