Ingredients:

  • 2 oz premium vodka
  • 1.5 oz lychee juice or heavy syrup from can
  • 0.5 oz lychee liqueur
  • 0.25 oz dry vermouth
  • 0.25 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 whole canned lychee fruits

Instructions:

  1. Place your martini glass in the freezer or fill it with ice and water to chill while you prepare the drink.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with large, solid ice cubes. Pour in the vodka, lychee syrup, lychee liqueur, vermouth, and lime juice.
  3. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds until the shaker feels painfully cold to the touch.
  4. Discard the ice from your glass. Double-strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into the chilled glass to remove tiny ice fragments.
  5. Skewer one or two lychees onto a cocktail pick. Drop it into the glass or balance it across the rim and serve immediately.
