Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (300g) fresh peaches, peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp (25g) granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp (5ml) lemon juice
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup (150g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 0.5g salt

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, toss the diced peaches with granulated sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to macerate.
  2. Pour ice-cold heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt into a chilled metal bowl. Beat on medium-high speed until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually pour in the sweetened condensed milk while continuing to whip until the mixture is thick, glossy, and holds stiff peaks.
  4. Using a slotted spoon, scoop the peaches into the bottom of four serving glasses, leaving behind excess syrup.
  5. Gently fold a few spoonfuls of the cream mixture into the peaches, then top with a generous dollop of the remaining cream.
  6. Chill the assembled desserts in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
