Ingredients:

  • 4 oz vodka
  • 2 oz lychee juice
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 2 lychees for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Chill the martini glasses in the freezer for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, lychee juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice, covering the liquid.
  4. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds, or until the mixture is well chilled.
  5. Remove the chilled glasses from the freezer.
  6. Use a strainer to pour the mixture into the martini glasses.
  7. Garnish with a lychee or a mint leaf to add a pop of colour and flavour.
