- 4 large flour tortillas

- ½ tsp (2 g) ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp (12 g) powdered sugar (optional for dusting)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the beaten egg and mix until fully incorporated.
- Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spoon ¼ of the cheesecake filling onto the center of the tortilla.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly to form a burrito. Repeat for remaining tortillas.
- Place the assembled burritos in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to firm up the filling.
- In a shallow dish, combine crushed graham crackers and ground cinnamon.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully place each burrito seam-side down in the pan.
- Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove and let drain on paper towels.
- Roll the fried burritos in the graham cracker mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
