Ingredients:
- 1 cup (150g) fresh blueberries
- 1 cup (150g) sliced strawberries
- 1 cup (150g) green grapes, stems removed
- 1 medium (150g) crisp apple, sliced into wedges
- 1 cup (150g) fresh raspberries
- 4 oz (113g) Brie, sliced into wedges
- 4 oz (113g) sharp White Cheddar, cubed
- 4 oz (113g) Goat cheese, rolled into small balls
- 1/4 cup (30g) raw almonds
- 2 tbsp (42g) raw honey
- 1 cup (30g) whole-grain crackers
Instructions:
- Wash all fruits thoroughly. Toss apple slices in a bowl with a squeeze of lemon juice to prevent oxidation. Slice the Brie and Cheddar into bite-sized portions.
- Position two ramekins (one for honey, one for nuts) on opposite sides of the board. Place the Brie wedge and the Goat cheese ball in different quadrants to act as anchors.
- Fill the remaining gaps by clustering the fruit. Place grapes in small bunches and scatter berries in flowing patterns around the cheese.
- Tuck the whole-grain crackers and almonds into any remaining small spaces until the board is lush and full.
