Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup vanilla frosting
  • 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 3 cups vanilla vodka
  • 1.5 cups Baileys Irish Cream
  • 0.75 cup Amaretto liqueur
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup sugar cookie syrup
  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • 6 cups ice for shaking

Instructions:

  1. Dip the rim of each martini glass into a thin layer of vanilla frosting, then immediately press into the holiday sprinkles mixed with sugar until evenly coated.
  2. In a large pitcher or container, combine the vanilla vodka, Baileys Irish Cream, Amaretto, and sugar cookie syrup. Stir well to integrate.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and vanilla extract, stirring to create the 'dough' flavor profile.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Pour in 2–3 servings of the chilled mixture and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  6. Double strain the mixture into your prepared martini glasses to ensure a silky texture.
  7. Garnish with a mini sugar cookie or a dusting of nutmeg if desired.
