Ingredients:
- 2 cups packed Baby Spinach
- 1/2 cup Frozen Mango Chunks
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 scoop (25g) Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Almond Butter
- 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Ice Cubes
- 1/2 inch knob Fresh Ginger (optional)
Instructions:
- Pour your 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or water) directly into the blender cup. Add the 1 tsp fresh lemon juice.
- Layer the 2 packed cups of baby spinach and the 1/2 inch knob of fresh ginger (if using) directly on top of the liquid. Now scoop in the protein powder, chia seeds, and almond butter.
- Top the cup with the 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks and the 1/2 cup of ice cubes last. This layering ensures the frozen items slowly press lighter ingredients down toward the blade.
- Attach the extractor blade securely. Flip the cup onto the power base. Blend continuously for 45 to 60 seconds, or until you no longer see any chunks of green matter swirling and the texture is thick and velvety.
- Unlock the cup, remove the blade, and pour or drink straight from the cup for maximum nutritional value and optimal cold temperature.
