Ingredients:
- 12 cups popped popcorn
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup candy corn
- 1/2 cup M&Ms
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 2 tbsp sprinkles
Instructions:
- Pour popped popcorn into a large mixing bowl and remove any unpopped kernels.
- Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat in 15-second intervals until smooth. Stir in coconut oil if using.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the popcorn and gently fold from the bottom up. Fold in the candy corn, M&Ms, and marshmallows, then toss in the sprinkles.
- Immediately spread the mixture in a single layer onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
