Ingredients:

  • 12 cups popped popcorn
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup candy corn
  • 1/2 cup M&Ms
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Pour popped popcorn into a large mixing bowl and remove any unpopped kernels.
  2. Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat in 15-second intervals until smooth. Stir in coconut oil if using.
  3. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the popcorn and gently fold from the bottom up. Fold in the candy corn, M&Ms, and marshmallows, then toss in the sprinkles.
  4. Immediately spread the mixture in a single layer onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
