Ingredients:

  • 1 medium peach, diced (150g)
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Toss the diced peaches in a mixing bowl with cornstarch, 1 tsp maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until evenly coated and transfer the mixture into a 6 oz ceramic ramekin, pressing down slightly to level the surface.
  2. In the same bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, 1 tsp maple syrup, and cinnamon. Stir with a fork until the mixture forms small, clumpy pebbles, then sprinkle evenly over the peaches.
  3. Cook using one of three methods: Air Fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes, Microwave on high for 2–3 minutes, or Conventional Oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
