Ingredients:
- 1 medium peach, diced (150g)
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Toss the diced peaches in a mixing bowl with cornstarch, 1 tsp maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until evenly coated and transfer the mixture into a 6 oz ceramic ramekin, pressing down slightly to level the surface.
- In the same bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, 1 tsp maple syrup, and cinnamon. Stir with a fork until the mixture forms small, clumpy pebbles, then sprinkle evenly over the peaches.
- Cook using one of three methods: Air Fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes, Microwave on high for 2–3 minutes, or Conventional Oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
