Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Place your mixing bowl and whisk in the fridge for 10 minutes for easy whipping.
  2. In the chilled mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, bourbon, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Whisk or use an electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form (be careful not to over-whip).
  4. Place the bowl in the fridge for 10 minutes to let the flavors meld and the mixture thicken.
  5. Spoon the bourbon cream mixture into serving glasses.
  6. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and a dash of nutmeg or cinnamon if desired.
