Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 36 Oreo cookies
- 1 cup milk
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Quickly dip each Oreo cookie in milk (one side only) and arrange the first layer in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Spread half of the cream filling over the first layer of Oreos.
- Add another layer of milk-dipped Oreos on top of the filling.
- Spread the remaining cream filling over the second layer of Oreos.
- Top with a final layer of dipped Oreos.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Slice into squares and enjoy!
