Ingredients:
- 8 ounces (225g) Cream Cheese, softened
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup (6g) Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons (3g) Fresh Chives, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon (1.5g) Fresh Dill, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
- 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper (or to taste)
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium-low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté gently until fragrant and softened, about 3-5 minutes. Be careful not to burn the garlic; it should be golden, not brown. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sautéed garlic and oil, parsley, chives, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Use a rubber spatula to mix all ingredients until well combined and creamy.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld. Serve chilled with your favourite accompaniments.
