Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces (225g) Cream Cheese, softened
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup (6g) Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons (3g) Fresh Chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon (1.5g) Fresh Dill, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper (or to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium-low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté gently until fragrant and softened, about 3-5 minutes. Be careful not to burn the garlic; it should be golden, not brown. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sautéed garlic and oil, parsley, chives, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  3. Use a rubber spatula to mix all ingredients until well combined and creamy.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld. Serve chilled with your favourite accompaniments.
