Ingredients:
- 2 cups (200g) Powdered Milk (Full Fat or Non-Fat)
- 1 cup (85g) Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (Dutch-processed preferred)
- ¾ cup (150g) Granulated Sugar
- ½ cup (50g) Semisweet Chocolate Chips (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Powder (optional)
Instructions:
- In the large mixing bowl, whisk together the powdered milk, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and vanilla powder (if using) until thoroughly combined and no lumps remain.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Transfer the hot chocolate mix to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.
- For each serving, mix 2 tablespoons of hot chocolate mix with 8 ounces (1 cup/240ml) of hot water or milk (for a richer flavour). Stir well until dissolved.
- Add whipped cream, marshmallows, chocolate shavings and enjoy it !
