Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (200g) Powdered Milk (Full Fat or Non-Fat)
  • 1 cup (85g) Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (Dutch-processed preferred)
  • ¾ cup (150g) Granulated Sugar
  • ½ cup (50g) Semisweet Chocolate Chips (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Powder (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In the large mixing bowl, whisk together the powdered milk, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and vanilla powder (if using) until thoroughly combined and no lumps remain.
  2. Stir in the chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  3. Transfer the hot chocolate mix to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.
  4. For each serving, mix 2 tablespoons of hot chocolate mix with 8 ounces (1 cup/240ml) of hot water or milk (for a richer flavour). Stir well until dissolved.
  5. Add whipped cream, marshmallows, chocolate shavings and enjoy it !
