Ingredients:

  • 4 cups kettle-cooked potato chips, preferably sea salt flavored
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt, or to taste
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place the potato chips in a large serving bowl.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter and honey. Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the butter is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Stir in the salt and cinnamon (if using) into the melted honey butter mixture.
  4. Pour the honey butter mixture over the potato chips.
  5. Gently toss the chips with the honey butter until they are evenly coated.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley (if using) and serve immediately.
