Ingredients:
- 4 cups kettle-cooked potato chips, preferably sea salt flavored
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt, or to taste
- Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Place the potato chips in a large serving bowl.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter and honey. Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the butter is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Stir in the salt and cinnamon (if using) into the melted honey butter mixture.
- Pour the honey butter mixture over the potato chips.
- Gently toss the chips with the honey butter until they are evenly coated.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley (if using) and serve immediately.
