Ingredients:
- 4 oz (120 ml) freshly brewed espresso (about 2 shots)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sugar or sweetener of choice
- 1 cup (240 ml) whole milk (or milk alternative)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) heavy cream (optional for richness)
- Ice cubes (about 1 cup)
- Cocoa powder or chocolate shavings (for garnish, optional)
- A sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
- Brew espresso according to your machine’s instructions. Once brewed, stir in sugar until dissolved. Let cool for about 5 minutes.
- Fill two glasses with ice cubes to the top.
- Pour the cooled espresso over the ice in each glass, then add whole milk and heavy cream if using.
- Stir gently to combine the espresso and milk.
- Top with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
