Ingredients:
- 1 lb surimi snow crab legs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions:
- Rinse and pat dry the surimi snow crab legs. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the surimi legs in the spice mixture until well-coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the coated surimi legs to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until heated through and golden.
- In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned. Stir in lemon juice, parsley, and a pinch of cayenne pepper, if using.
- Plate the surimi legs and serve alongside the warm garlic butter dipping sauce.
