Ingredients:

  • 1 lb surimi snow crab legs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Rinse and pat dry the surimi snow crab legs. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the surimi legs in the spice mixture until well-coated.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the coated surimi legs to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until heated through and golden.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned. Stir in lemon juice, parsley, and a pinch of cayenne pepper, if using.
  4. Plate the surimi legs and serve alongside the warm garlic butter dipping sauce.
