  • 1/4 cup buttermilk

Instructions:

  1. Shred the cabbage, grate the carrots, and mince the onion. Combine them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, milk, buttermilk, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth. Ensure the sugar is fully dissolved.
  3. Pour the dressing over the shredded vegetables. Toss gently but thoroughly to coat everything evenly.
