Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60 ml) Spiced Rum
- 1 oz (30 ml) Sweet Vermouth
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Coffee Liqueur (like Kahlúa)
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Ice cubes (for shaking)
- Maraschino cherry (for garnish)
- Orange peel (for twist)
Instructions:
- Chill Glass: Place your cocktail glass in the freezer to chill.
- Measure Ingredients: Using the jigger, measure out spiced rum, sweet vermouth, coffee liqueur, and bitters.
- Combine in Shaker: Add the measured ingredients into the cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake: Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain Into Glass: Remove the chilled glass from the freezer and strain the cocktail into it.
- Garnish: Add a maraschino cherry to the drink and twist an orange peel over it to release the oils, then drop it in.
