Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Spiced Rum
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Sweet Vermouth
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) Coffee Liqueur (like Kahlúa)
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Ice cubes (for shaking)
  • Maraschino cherry (for garnish)
  • Orange peel (for twist)

Instructions:

  1. Chill Glass: Place your cocktail glass in the freezer to chill.
  2. Measure Ingredients: Using the jigger, measure out spiced rum, sweet vermouth, coffee liqueur, and bitters.
  3. Combine in Shaker: Add the measured ingredients into the cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  4. Shake: Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
  5. Strain Into Glass: Remove the chilled glass from the freezer and strain the cocktail into it.
  6. Garnish: Add a maraschino cherry to the drink and twist an orange peel over it to release the oils, then drop it in.
  7. Serve: Enjoy your Left Hand Cocktail!
