Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
  • 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar (or adjust to taste)
  • 4 cups (960 ml) chilled Liquid Death Sparkling Water
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Roll lemons on the countertop to loosen up the juice. Cut and juice lemons until you have 1 cup of lemon juice.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar has dissolved. Allow cooling.
  3. In a mixing pitcher, combine lemon juice, simple syrup (if made), and lemon zest. Stir well.
  4. Slowly pour in the chilled Liquid Death Sparkling Water. Stir gently to combine, taking care not to lose too much carbonation.
  5. Fill glasses with ice, pour the elixir over ice, and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
