Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240 ml) fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
- 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar (or adjust to taste)
- 4 cups (960 ml) chilled Liquid Death Sparkling Water
- Zest of 2 lemons
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Roll lemons on the countertop to loosen up the juice. Cut and juice lemons until you have 1 cup of lemon juice.
- In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar has dissolved. Allow cooling.
- In a mixing pitcher, combine lemon juice, simple syrup (if made), and lemon zest. Stir well.
- Slowly pour in the chilled Liquid Death Sparkling Water. Stir gently to combine, taking care not to lose too much carbonation.
- Fill glasses with ice, pour the elixir over ice, and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
