Ingredients:
- Ice Cubes: As needed for chilling
- Vodka: 2 oz (60 ml)
- Litchi Liqueur: 1 oz (30 ml)
- Litchi Syrup (from canned litchis): 1 oz (30 ml)
- Dry Vermouth: ½ oz (15 ml)
- Litchi Fruit: 1-2 for garnish
Instructions:
- Fill martini glass with ice and set aside to chill.
- Add ice to the cocktail shaker. Pour in the vodka, litchi liqueur, litchi syrup, and dry vermouth.
- Secure the lid on the shaker and shake well for about 15-20 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels ice-cold.
- Empty the ice from the martini glass. Strain the martini into the chilled glass.
- Thread a litchi fruit onto a cocktail pick and place it in the martini as a garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy!
