Ingredients:

  • Ice Cubes: As needed for chilling
  • Vodka: 2 oz (60 ml)
  • Litchi Liqueur: 1 oz (30 ml)
  • Litchi Syrup (from canned litchis): 1 oz (30 ml)
  • Dry Vermouth: ½ oz (15 ml)
  • Litchi Fruit: 1-2 for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Fill martini glass with ice and set aside to chill.
  2. Add ice to the cocktail shaker. Pour in the vodka, litchi liqueur, litchi syrup, and dry vermouth.
  3. Secure the lid on the shaker and shake well for about 15-20 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels ice-cold.
  4. Empty the ice from the martini glass. Strain the martini into the chilled glass.
  5. Thread a litchi fruit onto a cocktail pick and place it in the martini as a garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy!
